WHAT COACHING IS AND IS NOT?

Coaching is a collaboration between the coach (a guide) and the client (the expert of their life). Coaches act as a soundboard and ask thought provoking questions while using various tools and techniques so that you can explore options you may not be considering, to help guide you on your journey to reach your desired outcome. My goal is for you to ultimately develop your own inner coach for repetitive processing of navigating life's obstacles.

A coach is not a consultant, an accountability partner or a mentor. I do not give you answers, rather I guide and at times challenge you, which will enable you to unlock your highest potential.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Each journey like yourself is unique, I have a few programs to help you decide which you prefer based on your goals.  I will tell you that I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to build a fare amount of awareness, and implement a few habit changes to see results.  Regardless to the number of sessions you sign up for your commitment to your journey is the key to ultimately lead to the change you want to see take place in your life. 

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND THERAPY? 

Coaching is a focus on the future, unlocking untapped potential and goal reaching. 

Therapy has a focus on healing from the past.  

A client can have a team of service providers which can include both a therapist and a Life Coach.
